Refund & Cancellation Policy – DigiMart

At DigiMart, we are dedicated to providing world-class SAP training bundles, server access, and career support. We also value your trust, which is why we offer a 100% Refund Guarantee in eligible cases.

1. 100% Refund Guarantee

We believe in our product quality and your learning satisfaction. If you are not satisfied, you can request a 100% refund within 2 days of purchase, provided that:

  • You have not accessed/downloaded more than 5% of the course content.

  • SAP server access credentials have not been activated.

  • You provide valid feedback on why the product did not meet your expectations.


2. No Refund on Fully Accessed Digital Products

  • Once you have used LMS access extensively, watched most video lectures, or activated SAP server access, the purchase becomes non-refundable.

  • This is because digital services are instantly delivered and cannot be reversed.


3. Exceptions for Refunds

Refunds will also be issued in these cases:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you are charged twice due to a payment error.

  • Access Not Delivered: If you don’t receive LMS login or server credentials within 72 hours of purchase (and our support team cannot resolve it).

  • Wrong Product Purchase: If you purchased by mistake and inform us within 24 hours, before credentials are shared.


4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before activation of LMS/server access.

  • Once activated, cancellations are not allowed.


5. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Bank/payment gateway timelines may vary.

7. DigiMart Rights

We reserve the right to decline refund requests if:

  • Course/server access has been heavily used.

  • Fraudulent claims are detected.

  • Requests are made beyond the 7-day guarantee window.
