Refund & Cancellation Policy – DigiMart

At DigiMart, we are dedicated to providing world-class SAP training bundles, server access, and career support. We also value your trust, which is why we offer a 100% Refund Guarantee in eligible cases.
1. 100% Refund Guarantee
We believe in our product quality and your learning satisfaction. If you are not satisfied, you can request a 100% refund within 2 days of purchase, provided that:
You have not accessed/downloaded more than 5% of the course content.
SAP server access credentials have not been activated.
You provide valid feedback on why the product did not meet your expectations.
2. No Refund on Fully Accessed Digital Products
Once you have used LMS access extensively, watched most video lectures, or activated SAP server access, the purchase becomes non-refundable.
This is because digital services are instantly delivered and cannot be reversed.
3. Exceptions for Refunds
Refunds will also be issued in these cases:
Duplicate Payment: If you are charged twice due to a payment error.
Access Not Delivered: If you don’t receive LMS login or server credentials within 72 hours of purchase (and our support team cannot resolve it).
Wrong Product Purchase: If you purchased by mistake and inform us within 24 hours, before credentials are shared.
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before activation of LMS/server access.
Once activated, cancellations are not allowed.
5. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Bank/payment gateway timelines may vary.

7. DigiMart Rights
We reserve the right to decline refund requests if:
Course/server access has been heavily used.
Fraudulent claims are detected.
Requests are made beyond the 7-day guarantee window.
